How long does shipping take for a new bicycle?
Standard shipping for bikes typically takes 5-7 business days. Each bike undergoes a professional safety inspection and partial disassembly for secure transport before leaving our warehouse.
Are Spoken Cycles bikes delivered fully assembled?
Bikes arrive 85-95% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include a basic tool kit and a step-by-step assembly guide with every order.
What is your return policy for cycling gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused gear and apparel in original packaging. Please note that bicycles that have been ridden outdoors are subject to a restocking fee.
Do you offer professional bike fitting services?
Yes, we provide digital sizing consultations to help you choose the right frame size. If you are near one of our service hubs, you can also book an in-person professional fitting session.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All Spoken Cycles frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components and parts are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, typically ranging from 1 to 2 years.
Do you offer financing for high-performance models?
